high resolution dance photos?

I am looking for some beautiful ballroom dance photos for personal use. Both ballroom and latin, and higher resolution pictures are better. Any suggestion where to get some?

Free pictures are not easy to find. I bleieve Alliance will generally sell digital files of pictures though. Decadance, Park West, etc, have some amazing pictures, but as far as I know they only sell prints.

Andrew Carpenter's website has some great pics and I believe that he is supportive of dancers using the pictures for their own personal use.

I second Andrew Carpenter's photos high quality and beautiful. Also our Dfer Ryan shoots nice photos

Wanda Plucinska also takes wonderful pictures.... I usually see the photos up on facebook, but I know that she was talking about finding a public site to post her pictures on.... I am not sure if she ever did or not but her pictures are beautiful...

Also the photographer at North West Regional does very nice photo for very reasonable price, her name is Marianne, she charges like $20-$25 for shooting all 3 rounds for us + solo presentaton of finalist, we had like 200 photos, she provided us ALL original downloads on a CD!!! Never seen someone provide so many original downloads for such great price! wow! Wish she's at other comps as well.

Personal use? Just use the internet Flickr, google images, this forum has an images repository. For commercial use, check istockphoto.

Actually, whether for private use or not you should be very careful of securing the appropriate permissions. Whether marked as such or not, the images are not "free for use" unless explicitly marked as such (e.g. as public domain).
