Hip, shoulder and "upper-body-rythm" class 29 july
Hi!
For those who live up North of Europe.
There is a special hip, shoulder and "upper-body-rhythm" class at the word music festival at Krokstrand in Sweden. Krokstrand is situated at the border between Sweden/Norway at the west coast.

Milday Ehreborg is the teacher as well a member of the salsa band CALLE REAL She is from Cuba and is educated as a teacher in salsa.
I'll quote a mail from the singer/bandleader of the who also is playing that night
“However one of Miladys strenght as a teacher is to start from the beginning with cordinating the whole body. Shoulders, waist, hips, arms and feet she does this in a very pedagogical way and I guess than is what you have been lacking before. Hence the focus of the course is rather to move your entire body with the music and not to learn different combinations.
Included is also a part were I teach a bit of the music and what to listen for to feel the pulse.
The speed of the Workshop is of course depending on the participants and we do not know so much about that from here.”
