I know this is kind of random, but I have been craving Horchata! I could go buy some... but I would really like a recipe as well. I've googled it online but there were so many variations and ify reviews for them all. Does anyone have a good recipe they would like to share or know of one? Thanks! :)
 
I'm sure someone else will chime in, but I think I remember seeing one in Food Network magazine a few months back.
 
oooohhh... a spiced nut, seed, or rice milk... i make stuff like that all the time, though never in the mexican style... which looks *great*! (gives me ideas, now...:))
 
I know I have been craving this stuff!! There are just several versions and the ratings on the recipes were mixed so that was why I was hoping someone had tried one... mmm... thinking about it is making me thirsty :)
 
Horchata is so good (a very delicious drink)! I used to have it every time I went to my favorite Mexican restaurant back in Northern California!
 
mmmm yeah... I get cravings for it all the time. It's depressing too because none of the so called Mexican restaurants near me serve it! :(
