Internet disruption?

Some undersea cables have been cut it appears. I wonder if that is why one of my favorite websites from the UK is unavailable.

Anybody else noticed anything going on?

not from the neck of the woods, have not noticed an disruptions, a few years back we had that problem where a cable was cut under the china sea somewhere and boy I could have row boated my messages faster than I could send them over the internet!
