Hi alpha. welcome to the forums. :D There are a few, actually, luvsdresses is in northern fl, Dancing Mommy, peachexploration and I are in East Central Florida, and I think there are others, as well. Roll call, anyone?
 
Michigan here, but I visit Fla once or twice a year in the Sarasota area. I've taken some lessons while there too and loved it. I'm heading back down the end of April! Found a good Salsa club in St. Arman's Circle too.
 
I'm from Pensacola, Florida. Home of probably one of the biggest swing dancing scenes in the country. Also, the amount of ballroom dancing you can get to is pretty decent too. Only one salsa place that I know of...and I enjoy it.
 
Isn't everyone moved out of Florida by now? WIth the last series of storms to pound that state and all.

Floridians have moved the average price of a home up 150,000 - 200,000 in less than 8 months! Supply and demand!

I know . . . we were looking at moving there . . .

Can't say that I blame anyone though.
 
Yep. There's nothing on the market. I put my house on the market on a Tuesday afternoon and had an offer above the (inflated) asking price by Thursday 9:00AM. 8)
