Hi there!

I thought I'd start my Blackpool thread as I'm leaving for Blackpool tonight!

I have yet to pack...I have a dance lesson today...I have a lot of stuff to do before I head to the airport this evening. I'm very excited about going!

I'm staying in a place with wireless internet included in the price of the flat, so I'll be able to post while I'm there.

All packed and ready (4 cases all in all!) and so ridiculously excited.

Good lord, four cases? I'm putting everything in a carry-on because I have to change planes and terminals at Heathrow, and if the plane is at all late I don't want to waste time waiting for my bag to come off the carousel. Fortunately the flat I rented has a clothes washer/extractor in it, so I only need to pack about three days worth of clothes. I can just wash and re-wear.

I'm taking about 40 pairs of shoes alone! No matter how hard I try, I can never travel light! As the weather in Blackpool is so unpredictable I want to be sure not to get caught out!

I hate having lots of luggage when changing flights, it's a nightmare. You are definitely better off without!

I am just staying at a tiny B&B so probably won't even fit everything in the room! I hope there's some way we can recognise each other and say hello. That would be awesome.
