Can anyone help me with this small dilemma i'm having?

So here on Curacao we have the levels:
Beginners
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Topclass (in dutch it's topklasse)

So how would this translate elsewhere??

Beginners = Social, Newcomer
Topclass = Novice, Prechampionship, Championship

I know a number of novice/prechamp level social dancers. I wonder where they would go in your system.

Your descriptions are pretty much in line with all the major dance Soc.

... T/Class would translate into Gold bar and Gold star.. a beginner being someone who has not taken a Br. Medal test.. but.. could be at any level within that standard.. for Comp. purposes , often refered to as Novice..
