Looking to Rent or Buy Used Cheap Smooth Dress: Size 6-10

Hi!
I'm looking to hopefully buy a lovely used smooth (or standard, without floats) dress.
I'm on a strict student budget, so would like to buy a dress for under $600 or possibly rent one for under $100.
Anyone out there have anything? I've been browsing online for ages and really don't want to buy something that is falling apart.

I'm a 6-10 in size, and I'm tall-- 5 foot 9 inches. But the dress doesn't necessarily have to reach the floor, especially since I'm doing smooth

I have a standard dress with no floats and slits in the overskirt that could work as a smooth dress. I'm not totally sure on sizing though - I think its possibly more a 10 than a 6. If you PM me your measurements I can work out whether it could be a possibility
