I have just learned that Tete Rusconi has died. What a loss to the tango world! Condolences to his family and many friends, students and compatriates worldwide.
 
I had the dubious honor of being rammed by him twice. Once nearly knocking my partner and I into the tables... Fond memories.
 
another sad loss. I remember buying a set of the "Asi se baila el tango" videos (of him and Mora Godoy) when I started dancing the tango. He was a source of inspiration to me and it's terribly sad to hear he's gone.

Apparently he died of a heart attack. His body has been taken to the same funeral home as Tete's and the wake will also be held there (as it was with Tete).

I was closer from Osvaldo but I have great memories of sharing a table with Tete. He kept hitting my chair with his foot, following the rythm of the music.
Rest in peace maestros, may the angels trade their harps for bandoneons.
