In Madonna's Solid Gold Performance of "Holiday" in 1984, there is a certain dance move I've been trying to study that is giving me a little trouble.

If you notice her feet, it looks like she's skipping in place but I can't tell whether her feet are moving randomly or if there is a pattern. I would appreciate anyone's analysis on this move because I am trying to imitate it. Thank-you for your time.
