Manly-Men

I don't know, but I'll tell you my minimum manly man requirements.

1. Ability and willingness to lift heavy objects.
2. Ability to contain or eliminate scary bugs and other small vermin on demand.
3. Dexterity when handling wood screws or anything involving wall anchors.

While it may lack taste, I think the link is not so bad as to delete it, but we should keep an eye on Mr. Jihad.

No problems there. :P

While I don't believe in killing bugs, I will take them outside. :)

Most definitely - I took wood shop! :)

However - I must say that I really don't consider myself a "manly-man" though. Its just not me - I dont watch sports, don't drink beer and I also love to cook and express my feelings. And I'm most certainly not a "girly-man" or a metrosexual - which incidentally isn't a new phenomenon, just an old fad that has gained new popularity.

Back in days of a yore - such a fellow was called a "perfumed fop."

Hmm, with apologies to all the girly-girls...I must say I'm more attracted to a slightly manly-girl! For instance, a girl that isn't afraid to hold a reptile (or a scorpion for that matter), work on a car, get her hands dirty - oooh that is sooooooo sexy! :ladiesma:

I'm both a manly-man and a metro-sexual. As was Gregory Peck (I still love Maddox).

1a. I am willing to lift heavy objects.
1b. This is proven by the bags of shoes I buy.

2a. I am willing to kill what needs killing, and lay the smack down on those that need to be smacked down.
2b. I'm also capable of making a fine dinner and selecting the perfect wine to go with it.

3a. I have dexterity when handling wood screws or anything involving wall anchors.
3b. I also am good at interior decorating and can make the decisions that lead up to using screws and wall anchors.[/b]

I think I'm gonna have to go with d nice on this one. I can do all the manly stuff (construction, auto repair, kill stuff, whatever), but can also decorate, clean, cook, choose a matching outfit, etc.
