mardi gras music station online

i'm looking for some mardi gras music online radio. Anyone who can help me? I'm finding plenty of swing, funk, whatever, but i can't find mardi gras music. (i was searching at shoutcast and live365.com)

mardi gras is the name for fat tuesday. It's on "Fastnacht", never found a good way to translate it (carnival maybe?). It is a celebration that is held just before the beginning of the Christian liturgical season of Lent. I think it's not very common in the usa, but mardi gras is a thing which at least was partied in New Orleans and Louisiana, because of it's french heritage. It got it's own style of music. No. I meant zydeco, as in the type of music that's popular in New Orleans and the surrounding area. It's hard to describe, although I'll see if I can find an online description or some clips. But it's pretty distinctive.

have never heard of it. What i'm looking for is this kind of music i posted, the best would be a radio show in the internet.

Did you :google: New Orleans Music? There seems to me a lot there. Your music clip just sounded like New Orleans to me, not necessarily Mardi Gras.

yeah. it's tough to find a real readio station. the ones that are there, just work over realplayer, or windows media player. as a computer guy - i'm using linux.
