Meaning of footnotes in O2CM results?

Where is the meaning of the footnotes in the O2CM results? Can't seem to find them ...

There are lots of footnotes which I have no idea what they mean. i.e

(2), (6), (12), (18), (20), etc.

Surely there must be a legend somewhere.

It's hard to say for certain without a specific example, but it sounds like what you're calling footnotes are the tallies for the various tiebreaking rules.

For example, do you mean things like the numbers in parentheses in this event?

Those are the Rule 7 tallies. You'll find, for example, that the numbers in the parentheses for tango are the sum of the first through fourth place marks for those couples.
