For those that celebrate Christmas, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas! This is my first Christmas outside of America, but I had a great time at a party in Shenzhen last night, and I am off to Thailand and then India next. I'm truly on a great adventure. It won't be long before I go to Mount Everest and Nepal (I won't climb to the top haha). There are many people I have met throughout my life around the World that I have never met in person and in 2024 that will change! I hope you are also having a good Christmas and are hopeful about the new year. :)

Random... so I used dance shoe boxes I still have around for a couple of my son's gifts this year... I could see the concerned look on his face both times after he tore off the wrapping paper but before he opened the box. :D

One of the gifts I received this year had been wrapped in a box labeled as containing OTC heat therapy patches for lower back & hip pain. A small part of me was mildly disappointed when I opened the gift & discovered that was not actually what the box contained, lol.
 
I arguably took the "mis-leading packaging" thing too far many years ago at a white elephant gift exchange. I used a Victoria's Secret bag, but the actual gift was a Hickory Farms sausage/cheese/crackers set. The woman who originally chose the gift was super excited until she discovered what was inside, and then was clearly very disappointed (almost annoyed) and hoping to trade each time. She ended up with the bag and i could tell she was NOT happy.
