Morning routines?

I wake up, roll out of bed, push-ups, sit-ups, warm glass of milk, some tricep extensions, bicep curls and shrugs. A walk or bike ride and I am done with my morning start. The exercise for em is not about killing myself and sometimes I might do 5 push-ups and another day 35. It is about making it a regular part of my daily life.

What about you? Do you have a morning routine? Does it change between work days and weekends/holidays?
 
Hit snooze 2-3 times, then roll out of bed, shower, feed cat and rush out the door for work. Am not a morning person so I really have to get my crap together the night before (choose clothes, pack lunch, etc.) or I'm hosed. I dance 3-4 days a week and hit the gym 2, but also try to work excercise into my workday (breaks) - I have free weights, wobble board and exercise ball in my cube. My co-workers all think I'm insane.
