Name of this Step (Quickstep)

I usually hear them called in and out runs.

Assuming they both step out in promenade (likely on beat 3 of the music), they dance an open right turn (4-5-6), then a running finish ending in left side position (7-8-1), an open impetus ending (2-3) and they are back where they started.

I've seen some amateur couples dancing that in and out run sequence and generally didn't like it. It seemed too up and down, bouncy, shaky.

Are Mirko and Alessia's feet staying on the floor? Because it seems to me that they're moving levelly across the floor. Or is it a sort of illusion? Their feet are leaving the floor but their horizontal movement is so great that any up and down is negligible in comparison?

Hi,

They are open naturals into a continuous hover cross to PP

Beats 123 are the open natural from PP
Followed immediately by 45678 which is hover cross entered starting backwards and exited to PP.
