Name that tune need your help

music started with a lady say something like "well now, I really dont know what your getting at" or something along that line, I dont remember if it's a jive or a quickstep. Help please!

Could the phrase be "now what exactly do you want me to do here?" Then the song would be "Queer for Cat" off the Casa Musica "Cafe Paradiso" CD.

It's a fun song. It's very `american band stand' in sound, but the lyrics might be considered slightly naughty by some ;-)
