I went their briefly this a.m. and didn't have anything dance related jump out at me.

I couldn't find anything either. I tried the nightly news and the today pages, and did a search on the whole nbc site. I guess the clip didn't make the cut to get posted online. :?

My mom saw the clip last night and told me about it... but I didn't see it....

Yes, I saw it and they did a nice piece about the popularity of ballroom dancing. They filmed and interviewed some studio in Chicago who said the number of students had increased from 8,000 to 15,000 since all the ballroom publicity. They were showing what appeared to be very large classes. It was well done and at the end the reporter was dancing with someone.

Isn't that where Rick Valenzuela and Vanessa Williams were supposed to move because they won the Las Vegas World Championships, since Chicago had the country's best dance studio and the owner was willing to offer them a contract that only a fool would refuse?
