Need Help For A Friend

I have a ballroom-dance friend who volunteers teaching a group class to mentally challenged adults, ages 40-55. She is looking for music for this group; she needs music with a strong beat, because it works best for this population. She recently did a performance with a simple dance routine to a strong arrangement of "You've Got A Friend in Me."

Any suggestions? She's looking for happy and peppy.

TIA!

The Klaus Hallen CDs often have music with a beat bordering on ponderous. A possibility? I think some of that music is now available at the iTunes store.

Thanks -- I'll send her to the Disney music, and I'd never heard of Klaus before, I'll send her to iTunes!

Thanks again.

Also, try Credence Clearwater Revival and some Jim Croce. Proud Mary song and such seems to work well for all of our adaptive students.
