Hi everybody,
This is my first post, just to say "thank you".
As a brief introduction of myself, I am a 64 year old guy in excellent shape, who wants to learn latin dances (rumba, cha-cha & salsa) at social level, more for the love of dance itself than anything else.
I would like to thank ALL posters for their contributions to these forums. I have learnt quite a lot from reading your posts, many of which I have read numerous times.
My thanks in particular to those posters who have insisted that learning to dance is HARD and it takes a lot of time and effort, and that is crucial to be ready mentally and emotionally for the challenge, and to learn to deal with frustration, enjoy the process and every little success, in order not to quit, especially during the initial phases of the learning process, which is probably when most casualties occur.
What a valuable piece of advice, what a gem, worth keeping with you forever!
So, thank you, guys, and I will be seeing you on these forums.
