Maybe there are no new steps anymore, but I have to say I don't think I have seen this one before. I love to know what it is. I had trouble catching exactly what they did but if you watch her feet at 1:35 it's kind of interesting.

The couple is Si ChengLi and Liis End. he is surely Chinese, but I'm not sure about her. They just placed the third in the WDO World Amateur Championships, which I can't seem to find any footage of yet.

It's a Ronde' action.. not new and not common

Ooo! Cool pivoting action with a nice ronde; maybe it has no name (yet) and is a specialty for them in work like this, open/showdance.

Groups of figures really don't have names , so one has to break down the content
Actually, I see what it is now. Having danced the RLR portion of the continuous wave, he opens his left side to initiate the telespin action. On her second telespin run her left foot, she places it just past his left foot. Next they basically dance a closed telemark, but of course she remained on her left foot and did a ronde action rather than taking one more step back onto her right foot for a heel turn as would be the norm for a closed telemark. Seems like the kind of step that could have first occured by accident, and then someone said, that's kind of cool!☺️
