I'm just interested, how are you going to celebrate New Year? Where and how are you going to celebrate it?
About me - I'm going to celebrate it in the restaurant with my husband, just from 31 of December, and after that we'll go to the booked hotel lux room.. What about you?

No plans this year. most of guys in shop who i hang out with are going home for holidays, so I'll probably just have a quiet night here (actually, haven't checked calendar, but being as I work night shift, likely I'll be her eat office during changeover).

MIght be going to the Toronoto Goan dance...

Made me jump there Sagitta: without my glasses on I thought I read 'Toronto Goan dance'

Whats a Toronoto Goan?

Not decided yet: either go to a local party or stay in and eat lobsters with best friends...

[Favor the latter, NY (no, not new york) parties are fun enough as parties but rather flat as celebrations. Blame it on the death of mysticism...

Sounds terrible, but I just go to bed around 11:00. It'll be a new year when I wake up whether I see that damn ball drop or not!

Party at the studio. Hey, last year, a guy got my phone number at the party and we actually had a date. Nothing came of it, but you never know...

Undecided at this point, but was sure to take New Year's Day off from work this year! Last New Year's Eve kinda stunk since I had to work at 6am the next morning..... never again!

We are going to a ballroom dance at Crystal Ballroom. That will be the seventh straight year we have had the bagpiper bring in the New Year. Unforetunately they closed their beautiful bed and breakfast across the street and will will not be able to stay there, this time.

We are going to the big fireworks/party in Sydney for the first time, on the Harbour, under the bridge and all that. Going with mum, dad, sister and brother (youngest one wouldn't cope with all the crowd and noise as he has Down Syndrome and hates noise because of his sensitive ears). Should be a lot of fun!

Two ballroom dances to choose from, haven't decided which to go to. One is at a local studio, the other is hosted by some local dancers at a reception hall.
