It's June 12-13, and it's a USA Dance NQE. Who is going?

We had our eye on this one but registration for our category seems low, and traveling is VERY difficult for me these days so I have to be very selective with which comps I will travel to.

It's hard to keep an eye on registration though, because for some reason the registration site stopped listing heats by event and changed it to listing by person. :headwall:

I'm not sure why this is listed this way. It was listed in the more traditional format up until sometime in the last few days.

Sorry, that was my fault, I checked the wrong box on the registration page,:headwall: its all fixed now and the heats are up.:bouncy:

I would love to do this one, but we have a wedding to go to here in Maryland on the 12th. (I also have to drive my daughter to dance rehearsal, but could probably make arrangements for that if it were the only conflict.)

I am dancing my first mixed proficiency event in addition to our regular events with my partner, and having some sort of issue with the system... It gives a warning that I am registered for too many levels in one style. In the MP, I am the assisting partner, not the one who is actually competing. So given I am a girl, I've registered us for mixed gents. Did I select something wrong in the registration or is it just a glitch?

No, you're fine, the system just counts up the number of events and levels and if you have over 8 events and 2 levels/age groups it will give you a warning. Don't worry, you're registered for all of your events. If you'd like me to make sure, send me a message with your first and last name and I'll check.

I will be there, along with a few other of the UPenn team ppl.

I'll be registered with a partner for standard but if anyone is interested leading silver or gold latin, pls PM me.

The o2cm website appears to have a schedule for the competition for after 5 pm on Saturday, but there is no schedule for the Saturday morning events. I could not find a schedule on the competion's website. Will one be posted soon?

Hi, if you go to the event page for Summer Sizzler and click on Entry List and then in the top row click with the row of pull down menus, in the Skill button click on Syllabus you should see the listing of events and couples in the syllabus events.

I hope that this helps

Hi, the schedule is posted, we will be starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning and 7:00 PM Saturday night. Sunday will start at 8:00 AM. See you all there.

Is there a link to the schedule on the website? I figure doors open an hour before the start time but I just wanted to confirm. Thanks!

I think, like Daphna said, the only way to check schedule is to go to o2cm.com, under events select New Jersey Dancesport Classic, go to Entry List and the either select your name in the drop down menu, or search by event category. The heat times appears next to the heat number.

Daphna, I was wondering if this schedule is final. I understand events can run 30 minutes early in any event, so just wanted to make sure that no major schedule changes are anticipated at this point.
