At 105 BPM or so, it's between American Rumba (120+ BPM) and Bolero (96 BPM) speed. The
tune is _very_ Rumba-ish sounding, and is sometimes played at Ballroom dances as a Rumba.

So you decide the style on the BPM. Interesting.
For the few i saw i prefer NC 2-step over rumba but i got to look deeper before decide.
Thanks

Not really. BPM is a factor. As mentioned, the song fits _very_ well with American Rumba movement,
having quality and accents that reflect/superimposes the soft Cuban/Latin motion of the dance (classically),
albeit a little slower than most AS Rumba tunes. The quality is not as fitting of Bolero (not enough
stretch/glide) or International Rumba (too fast, too busy/noisy, not enough snap). Doesn't fit as well
for Rhythm NC2S because it lack (soft) bounce, or for Smooth NC2S (too slow, lack glide).

Then, there is WCS, where dancers would dance to almost anything (good or bad).

Of course, all this is personal choice/taste.

I personally think Rumba is the best fit, but I don't really dance Night Club 2 Step at all. American Rumba would be very easy for a total newbie to learn as it is one of the simplest dances on the bronze level. Nearly everything returns to a box step.

You may have seen some very high level rumba dancers if you just searched youtube for "rumba". That can look very different from the beginner dancers doing rumba, here is an example that's more like the steps you'd be learning at first:
Is this for a wedding?

A lot more preferences for Rumba over the others mentioned above.
So i will listen to you and go with "American Rumba" not the International one.
Practicing i will feel if i can handle it.

Like mindputee said i searched for Rumba, and i get into some serious dancer and i get a little worried about difficulty level.
I will check American Rumba.
