ohio star ball 2008 dates?

soooo it feels a little early for this, but can anyone confirm OSB 2008 will be the same week+weekend before American turkey day in 2008? I am trying to get my team to book hotel rooms sooner rather than later; in 2006 we were a 20 minute drive away from the convention center b/c of the Michigan-Ohio game.

hey kc...according to the ads in the Ohio Star Ball 2007 program I bought this year, the Ohio 2008 dates are: Nov 18-23, 2008.

It is always the weekend before Thanksgiving (and most of the week before that!).

Yes- in '06 one of our ballroom team members picked some random church to go to on Sunday and he tried to take a cab from the convention center. They got to some police barricades and he was like ok, I guess I'll just walk there, so he walked through some riot like areas- luckily he was dressed kind of neutral colors so he didn't get beat up or anything.
