Is there an example of something like this already that you can share? I've enjoyed our conversation about the waltz routine. Do you mean something like that but longer?Anyone has combination for approx. 3'30" or longer in Waltz can be share???

Yes, I have some longer routines but not long enough for full music. It is because my routines mostly for one and half to three minutes.
I love to write some routines for a specific music or song to share. And I think we all can try to post some routines to share even the combination is written by someone or own created.

I am wondering if there are any routines that have been posted from some of the top wdsf couples already. I am pretty good at figuring out routines but I don't know the names quite as well as you do so I'm not sure I can help. Although if you can help to get it started maybe I can improve my ability to name the steps and help.
By the way in Chinese a standard routine is called 国际标准套路, yes?

Yes, I love to write some pieces to post on here if anyone like to take a look.
Standard routine in Chinese = 标准套路 ; 国际标准舞套路 should be Standard Ballroom Dance routine.
套路 for Mainland Chinese in general is meaning someone with bad 'way / strategy' (on his own way), in dancing or Kung Fu is meaining group / combination / routine.

Yes, if you are able to get it started, that would be amazing. I will try my best to follow your lead and post a routine of my own. And by "my own" I mean that I watched some WDSF video and then wrote the steps myself. Haha

I love to share and discuss together whatever our favorite movement, usage of figures and point of view of the figures are different. I will glad to know something I never think about but someone will. I may call it group development.
Anyway, no copyright to the dancing combination, I prefer please share any long routine to let everyone including me to get more idea in dance wherever the source of the routine.
I maybe not a good dancing performer but I am trying my best to perform it better and better day by day, and keep study from everyone to know it more, think more.
I love Ballroom Dancing and it is my only hobbit as well.
I love to tell people that I have join this forum and invite them to sharing my point of view in dancing.
BTW, I have just cut my fingers and sewed in hospital when I cooked in kitchen last night. I will try compose (combine
) full music pieces to share by pen and paper.Actually I always write routine and keep them for my album as 'Everyday Waltz', 'Tango 365', else ....... in 10 Dance of Ballroom. I have written many many own short combination in Ballroom Modern and Ballroom Latin for my own dance and teaching.

Might be a bit easier if you posted it as a PDF file. Looks like you may be capturing this in Excel, which offers the option to save as a PDF, and the forum allows you to attach a file to a comment.

That is really great what you posted. And I was going to say there should be no copyright on steps in a routine. It is publicly available information (ex. we can watch and give our opinion about the steps we see). I think this might be more interesting to people because they also see the steps being danced!
