Plumm question/Club Cache question

Does anyone know if there's a general timeframe for the bands at Plumm? I guess the dance lesson ends at 8:00p, so I assume the band starts shortly thereafter? Until what time do they generally play?

I really want to see La Excelencia there on the 23rd, but already had plans so I may not arrive at Plumm until just after 10:00p. I'd hate to get there and find I just missed them.

Also, just curious...does anyone know who "runs" Club Cache?
