Did anyone try Aida or Supadance practice shoes?
Are they any good?
What model would you recommend?
What is the optimal heel height for lady's practice shoes? (I have 3" for latin and 2.5" for standard).

I know of quite a few people who really like the Supadance practice shoes.
I go for dance sneakers myself.

I like Supadance practice shoes, 1 1/2 inch heel. They feel much more like dancing shoes than dance sneakers.
Practice shoes are great!

I've seen those. Hmmm... I wonder what they feel like. They look interesting

I also like the Freed practice shoe. They come in wide and feel good on my feet. I can't wear Supadance, they kill my feet.

I saw some girls dance standard in practice shoes.
I intend to use them for both.

i bet the salsa crowd will have an idea on that, liz... there are women who prefer to wears lace-up flats when they dance salsa, and i believe they have leather soles...

Is there i difference between ladies latin and standard shoes? I assume it is universal for latin and standard?
