I don't understand why he told people that I was good if he thought that I could not follow the music

There is more than one way to be "good".

You must be very confident about your musicality.

I known when I feel comfortable in the music, and when I can't go where I want to with it. I also know what I see and hear when I watch other people dance. There are times when I am darn near brought to tears when I see the music in someone else's dancing. When I see an entire room of people dancing musically, as I did at Lo de Celia, it puts a big smile on my face.

There is always a chance, though, that I am delusional.
