Niiiice Beautiful stoning, and fringe! oh, gotta love fringe. Apparently it was designed by Inna Ivanenko. Unfortunately I don't "do" red, and at the moment I can't "do" a purchase like this (thankyouverymuch SuperShag for sucking the life out of my bank account) The seller has a cute black one for sale too.

I've seen the red one at ballroomdancers.com, in the Ads section. I liked it (which is why I remember it) but had one major problem with it: it looks too loose. The skirt looks like it's made entirely out of fringe, and the bust (though the closeup reveals many supporting nude elastics) looks shifty too.
I like the black one. But for much less than 400$. The Swarovski is not THAT much.
