Rhinestone accessories (necklace, bracelets, earrings) would definitely help. Consider stoning the straps of the dress.

Is it satin-type material on top? It doesn't look stretchy.

I'm a huge fan of belts. I think a belt would look really nice on you and would make the dress fit to your shape better.

okay,I will think about it. How do you think which color swarovski I should choose?Rose?Or AB is the best choice?Thank you :)

How much contrast/blending do you want? You CAN go pink on pink--I think just defaulting to crystal AB tends to look a little grade-school princess costume on pink. You could use variations of pink and purples. There are some greens that look good against pink as well. I would get a sample card of the brand of lead crystal you want to use (Swarovski, Precisosa are both good) and hold them against the fabric to see what you like.

I don't know about a belt. It depends on how tall you are and what one that's tight enough to help it fit does to the excess material. Plus I'm not sure a belt is a good look with the kind of seams joining the skirt and bodice--it might look randomly thrown on. I'd need to see a picture of the dress with you standing still, but in the photo you showed it doesn't look like it fits very well in the top (too loose in places.)

I like the neckline. It looks loose under your arms--does that get better when your arms are raised?

And with that much pink, I'd look for rhinestones with contrasting colors.

Maybe it looks too much loose, but it isn't. I think that maybe white rhinestones will be ok?

and how do you think that ornament of rhinestones I should do? Maybe you have suggestions?

Personally? I wouldn't like white. Plain crystal or AB, maybe, but only with contrasting colors so it doesn't look kiddie or prom dress. That's a really PINK pink. If you didn't want to do other colors I would try to find either the closest possible pink that matches the dress or the un-foiled rhinestones that pick up the color of whatever fabric's underneath.

Again, personally, I wouldn't do a belt on that. The long points of the seam mean a belt would just be hacking you in half or shorter, depending on where your waist is. DEFINITELY the wrist cuffs on the floats, and maybe if you want to start small the 'tabs' around the neckline could be stoned over completely and then if at all possible (hard to say without seeing the material) the straps over the shoulders and across the back. It might be interesting to use very tiny stones to scatter-stone the skirt (they'd need to be tiny to not weigh it down) but that will take a lot of time to do.

Give yourself lots of time, too--I have done a couple dresses with relatively simple stoning and every time I swear afterwards next time I'll just pay for one someone else has already done!

Just a suggestion, but some large stones on the tabs in AB (if the material will hold them), then either rose or fuchsia for the body. I agree, the belt would not work with the points, but the wrist and straps would be enhanced with lots of stoning.
