Who is going to the San Diego Dancesport Championships June 8th - 10th?

I wish I could go! I've only been to that comp once, years and years ago, and it was very well-run plus San Diego is nice.

This comp also holds a little nostalgic corner in my heart because it was the first time I ever won any Scholarship money I was so thrilled!

As I am one of the organisers I shall be there.The comp has moved downtown to the edge of the Gaslamp District so I am looking forward to exploring that area.We have a big kids section on Sunday with some great scholarships.Supershag will be there doing their results and video service.I shall keep you updated on any other breaking news.

Dancing With The Stars professionals Cheryl Burke and Brian Fortuna are scheduled to join the fun on Friday night and Nick Kosovich will be our Master of Ceremonies for the entire weekend.

All results now posted for Friday.we also have uploaded some videos as well.You will see some famous DFers dancing in the Pro and Amateur Smooth.Some very interesting results in the Rising Ster Pro events.
Had a great party last night.Some of the students really did get to dance with the Stars.

Well, phooey. Best I managed at our paty was one really awesome hustle with a guy whose name I should remember after meeting him twice. (But can't. I'm terrible with names.) Maybe next year....
