Shadow dancing - do you or don't you?

My definition of shadow dancing is "dancing with your shadow", just you and your shadow.

Do you or don't you?

I do  haven't in a while though. I would go walking at night, just me and my Walkman (iPods were not invented then   ). Then, near a street lamp, where my shadow was cast, I would dance, at one with my shadow. :D

Wow! Maybe not outside, bit dangerous for a female especially at night. But, yes I do too. Sometimes you get a nice shadow in a nightclub......until you get interrupted "no, no I don't want to dance, I'm just in here for a workout!" said Prof.

I should try this. I'll bet my shadow is an excellent follow no matter how poor my lead.

Talking about different follows, a friend mentioned Wales last night, and the subject of dancing sheep came up. We both agreed that the idea of dancing with sheep was quite a strange one, but that if one sheep could be taught how to lead, the others would make excellent followers.

Dancing sheep? I am wild guessing there was a lot of tequila flowing that night... :P

Definitely do this. its a great way to shed inhibitions and see what your body can do with out having to worry about the follow.

shadow dance
