Simply saying "well, that's the way they do it in BsAs" is no answer, you may as well say "you can only eat pasta the way the Italians eat it".
You need to say why it's done that way, and why that should apply to your own local dance scene.
In other words, like anything, you need to back up your statements with facts and evidence and knowledge.
