Slavik interupts Sergey and Melia

Hmmmm... He went right towards her (melia). And I am sure that these pros are pretty familiar with each other's routines.. Especially couples like Sergey and Melia who have been together, dancing these routines for a while. I am quite certain this wasn't an accident. And I agree that it will get old fast. He did it when he danced with Hanna too. Anna and Sergey did not look too pleased.

I used to figure skate and we would all remember the routines of the skaters with whom we trained. We wouldn't remember the routines exactly, but we would know where the skater was headed during certain points of the music. It prevents you from getting in someone's way while they are doing run-throughs. I would assume that dancing (esp with these top pros) is similar and that all these pros are somewhat familiar with key points in each other's routines. So they can choose to avoid each other, or choose to play with each other.. My measly $.02...
 
Well, I just thought Slavik did it intentionally, but not maliciously. He was just flirting with someone else's partner. It's very hard to see the scence as an accident.
Melia did it with Slavik too during 2008 uk. I believe it was Samba and she was blocking Slavik and Hanna. Then, Sergey pointed his finger to Melia and she shrugged off.
 
Well, I wasn't there... But I'm watching the video that somebody posted. Based on this little snip, he appears to dump his partner to hijack the other couple's performance. I don't see anything funny about it? :confused:

i guess it just goes to show -- it happens! whether or not its on purpose, one must learn to do when faced with that situation... but it sure is fun to watch!! :p
 
I don't know was it intentional or not but it sure looked hot :D form what I seen slavik just used the situation as he always does, sergey however looked pretty pissed and I think he was like *** slavik Melia and Anna handled the situation like pro's sergey was pretty lost and slavik well slavik is slavik and its discussion about him al over again :D
 
Little interactions between couples is all good as far as I'm concerned, but leaving your partner for a full TEN SECONDS is not very classy, to say the least. After two or three seconds of playfulness with the other couple, it's time to move on. I've done some stupid things on the floor, but leaving your partner alone to show off smacks of "I need attention."

Wow! What great kids -- Gusev Andrey and Cherevichnaya Elizaveta don't go to Blackpool, it seems; but maybe they will this year. Do you know who the other couple is?
 
yes...made clear by the fact that here his poor partner can't even figure out what foot he's on cause he's busy poking at someone else
