So what are you doing for New Years?

I haven't even finished my Christmas shopping yet. :D I'd like to go dancing, but don't know if any of the local venues are doing anything -- better get to work on that...
 
I don't know yet... It won't be anything too, too late though, because I have an early morning flight to catch to Vermont on New Years Day
 
we're going to Harrison Hot Springs, Canada.

Dinner, dancing, midnight buffet, and New Years day brunch. :D
 
Bill Robinson's New Years Party in Atlanta (he is the event director for Peach State Country Dance Comp. in Atlanta every year), I've been a couple of times before and it is a blast!
 
Driving home to attend the NYE dance at the only studio in town that does so. Just hope the turnout is better then last year's.
 
Spending New Year's Eve with a group of friends and neighbours in our local pub where there's a buffet meal and band (pop/rock) but no dancing.

There's a big Salsa dance going on in my city but I'm not going, it's right over on the other side of the city. I don't have a car, and you can't get a taxi on New Year's Eve for love nor money. I could try to organise a lift, but I don't want to run the risk of getting stranded.

So local pub which is 5 minutes walk from my home seems the safest bet. :D

Taking my husband away for the weekend. :) I'm not going to say where yet, because he doesn't know. He doesn't read/post here very often, but I'm not going to take any risks!

There won't be any dancing, but it'll be a really nice time. :)

Big West Coast Swing party. Workshops, dancing continuously for 2 days. Midnight buffet, champagne included. Even fireworks! FUUUUNNNN!!!! :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy: :bouncy:
