Gator,
I think you took my rambling post a bit too seriously...if someone leaves a statement open ended, don't assume that their thinking is a certain way. I have to remind myself of that all the time.
You'd be quite good at starting an argument but I won't go there with you. But I will set an example for you about genetics. I exercise a lot...usually 1-2 hours a day and many times that when I was in my early 20's. The small amount of flexibility that I have gained from certain exercises took quite a few years to develop. I have a younger brother who never exercises at all and rarely steps outside to see daylight...and he is incredibly flexible due to the nature of his bone structure and joints. I've watched him do crazy yoga postures that would make many an advanced yogi very jealous, and he can easily dislocate his joints so he can move his body to a contortionist level. No one else in our family is like that...so for him, being flexible is incredibly easy, for me, it is quite difficult.
Just how some people gain weight easier than others...when we have to work harder for something, it is a mixed blessing in disguise. What we gain in our endeavors will be much more valuable to us since we had to invest so much into it. I've had to work harder than most to keep my body healthy, and I'm damn proud of it!
Give a person half a chance to explain themselves before you rant on them, ok?
Peace,
SG

I don't really believe in that. I'm not trying to start an argument here, honestly
