Where do I find the syllabus' for Bronze, Silver and Gold for Waltz and Cha Cha

Since he mentions cha-cha, I assume he means "industry standard" American syllabi. Of course, I'm all too familiar with the dangers of assuming things.

But ... if I'm not off base - there really isn't one. The NDCA rulebook is as convenient as any other:
