supadance standard shoe size?

how's the size of supadance, compared with freed of london?

I am thinking of ordering 1001 online, but not sure about its size... I am american size 5. I wear freed of london (style 6675) size 2. Shall I order supadance 1001 size 2 or 2 1/2?

Can you try them on anywhere first? I've heard all the various "rules" about how sizing for the different brands run, but I've never found it to hold up... Even year to year within a brand I've seen over a size variance....

I am American size 5.5. I wear supadance and Freed of London in size 3. Hope this will help.

definately try them on first if possible. I have found that w/ Supadance, I am a different size depending on the style of the shoe (in fact, my old pair of latin shoes differs from my standard shoes by a whole size! and they're both Supadance)

My Supadance court shoes (sorry, forget the model number) are two and a half sizes smaller than my American size. Caveat, though; the toe box is really narrow - don't know if that's the same for all Supadance closed-toe shoes, as this is the only pair of that brand I've owned!

I'm Supadance 6 wide for 8 1/2 or 9 in US street shoes.
