On TCM this fri (23 rd-- e.s.t. ) " Born Romantic ". apparently based on the goings on, in a salsa club .

I don't remember it being a dance film other than being set in a salsa club.

I haven't seen it, but from what I understand, some of the salsa 'greats' in London were in this movie

A few of them, yes - a few of my friends were in it but unfortunately most of their stuff got cut out, I think they appeared for a grand total of about 10 seconds

The film's not that great really - the salsa club is a background more than anything else, there's not a lot of actual dancing involved. The only decent scene in it is where the cab driver teaches his (male) passenger to salsa; that sticks in my memory for some reason.
