Hope this is OK here… I dug up a Tailsuit I wore in the early 2000’s. It’s in great shape (vacuum packed). It is a moderately heavy wool Tailsuit made by Arthur Ashmore. I was a 42R with a 32 inch waist then . $250+shipping. Most folks know how to email me at markt@

Hi! I’m interested in the Arthur Ashmore tailsuit you listed.

I’m 178 cm (5'10") tall and weigh about 82 kg (181 lbs), and I’m looking for a tailsuit for International Standard ballroom dancing.

Could you please let me know if it’s still available, and if possible, the approximate chest, sleeve, trouser waist, and inseam measurements? Since you mentioned you were a 42R with a 32-inch waist at the time, I’d like to check how close the fit might be for me.

I’ll also be attending the World/Canadian Championships in Ottawa/Gatineau on August 28–30. If you happen to be there as well, I’d be happy to see or try it on in person.
