Why don´t you use some DJ app with your smartphone and simply pitch any piece till it fits your ideas?

Forgot to ask if the judges will recognize a tango at all? A great deal of us here in the tango forum do research on tango or play instruments. But defining tango is still a really difficult job! Concerning 108 bpm I would recommend to fall back on tango-related styles as Habanera or Milonga campera.

The judges will certainly recognize the music 
The thing is that we want a modern piece of music ( something like Tango Roxanne or in that style) in stead of the regular ice dance music ( I knew the site but thnx)

Most tango music is actually quite old, but a lot richer than the examples of ballroom tango music that opendoor posted.
If you want something modern and still somewhat linked to 'real' tango, perhaps you could try Bajofondo, Tanghetto or Gotan project. Quite a predictable beat and some of it must be the right speed.

Only want to add that these bands do not count or publish their beat frequencies. So by chance you have to count yourself. A quarter of a minute will reach for a sufficient precision.

I'm a ballroom dancer and Ice Dancer, and for a Ice dance competition i'mlooking for Tango Music it must be 108 beats per minute, but I can't find this tempo anywhere, so I hope somebody here can help me

Are you looking specifically for Argentine tango music? 108 bpm is not usual for that genre. Among the titles Opendoor mentioned, I clocked "La Gloria" by Gotan Project at about 110 bpm using the tool on this page:
