If the person doing your hair for a ballroom competition is also one of your dance instructors (or perhaps another instructor in your studio), do you tip that person? Along the same lines, do you tip the stylist who is a vendor whose sole job is doing hair?
I had a hard time finding other threads on this topic but there seemed to be scant information and some mixed responses. I just wanted to clarify what the etiquette is on this.

. That aside, tipping is a sign of appreciation for a job well done. It's personal. Use your own judgement.
