Picked up a Tango Apasionado Festival leaflet, its on in London 4-6 March. Quite like the look of a couple of the workshop plus I've always fancied having a go at Chacarera and can't think of better teachers than David and Kim to make it fun.

Did you (or anyone else) go to this? How was it?

I did and had a great time - don't think there was enough people to make the guest workshops a financial success - but the David and Kim workshops were great fun and well attended.

The Friday and Sunday milongas were good - didn't think much of the atmosphere at Conway Hall on the Saturday which was a shame because it started off as such a laugh with the chacarera workshop.

The performances were worth watching, it was fascinating seeing all the different styles when they all took to the floor together as the "surprise" performance on Sunday.
