I slept 7.5+ hours, the most in over 5 months. I'm making slow but steady progress in curing insomnia.

hey ...welcome back...nice to hear from youI finally returned to dancing after having been locked up since March 2020 with no physical activity (am also qualified as "senior"). Last month I started going to ballroom classes again and last night I went to my first ballroom social dance in a couple years. Needless to say, I was very rusty and tired easily.
When I commented about being rusty, the studio owner offered me som WD40.
After attempting Lindy to "In The Mood" and only managing ECS, I sat down to catch my breath and get my heart rate back down. A woman approached and asked me to dance (the next was a Nightclub Two Step) and I had to decline until I recovered from that Lindy. She thought it was a medical condition and asked me sympathetically how long ago I had had it.
so glad to hear this...happy for youI slept 7.5+ hours, the most in over 5 months. I'm making slow but steady progress in curing insomnia.
WOW. I just pulled it up to watch it - I still have chills and am grinning like a fool!Dick's Sporting Goods advert "There She Is." LOVED it!
I saw it for the first time last night watching the Olympics. It even inspired my 87-year old Mom to pull herself out of her comfy chair and go for a walk.
