When Did They Start to Tan?

I have hair on my forearms...it's light, though. There is no effect or hindrance using the tanning products.

I am weird I put on SPF 50 when I go to the outdoor pool, but when I compete, I do the spray tan thing, even in summer. Although my son once said "you're all cheating to get that tan. It is supposed to come from the sun, not from the bottle", but I am worried about skin cancer and wrinkles.

I hardly use sun block..oops. All my friends (and their moms) go to tanning salons on a regular basis and after a couple of years that mentality sinks in and it becomes a norm. Does your son dance as well?

I didnt go as dark with it as you would for a comp, but it wasnt orange, it didnt smell, and it went on well... I dunno how it would work going darker though... *shrug*

Sort of. He's only 11 and he takes lessons once a week as long as it is fun for him.
