You Know you are Addicted to Dancing when...

When you're making the 6 hr drive back from the dance comp and you seriously suggest stopping in for a practice at a (new) studio 2 miles before home.

when the day after driving back 6 hours from a dance comp you find yourselves in the studio for a 2 hr practice at 10 am....

Ahhh.... feet hurt again... alls right in the world...

You know you are addicted to dancing when, after you've danced a round, you get an endorphin rush. I was literally high after competing this weekend. It was great -- but really, on a moment-by-moment cost basis, it's a VERY EXPENSIVE addiction. Next time someone asks me about the cost of dancing, I might tell them that it's far cheaper to become a coke head.

Yeah, but the paranoia is so wearing. There's got to be some other cheaper-than-dance chemical addiction out there besides coke...

all as cheap as the next, no doubt...
If this was DH and I joking around with each other, the response would be something along the lines of, "Cheap?!?! I'll be paying for this every single day of the rest of my miserable life with you!"
