You Know you are Addicted to Dancing when...

When you have the absolute most stressful busy week yet try and cram in a lesson.

In regard to somethine someone else said: you come home early or leave late for vacation so you can still take your lesson.

You know you're addicted when you re-evaluate every song on the radio to see if it's dance-able - oh! a rumba! or a waltz!

Also when the friends you attend church with, get whispered to "hey! We're singing a Viennese Waltz!"

~Viennese Waltz Lover

You know you're addicted to dancing..."

-If you stay up until 5 a.m. browsing DF

-If you only do your shoe shopping at the dance store.

-You plan your week around the dance store/studio hours.

-Your first thought about a cute outfit isn't the cost, but "Could I dance in that?"

-You start a new job and let your boss know that you need several days off next month to go to a competition.

-You finish all the privates and group classes for the day and you hang out at the studio til it closes just in case someone wants to practice or needs a guinea pig.

I am guilty!

When your parents tell you that you may as well just spend the night at the dance studio cause they know you're going to be gone dancing again the next morning (it's uni holidays now)

When one private instructor for your Standard on vacation you have 2 more from the different studios as alternative to take Latin instead

when you maintain a daily planner just for keep tracking which days you have coaching lessons

you mark your calendar for the whole year for important comps you wish to go compete/spectate

when after 14 years of dancing and competing you still think that you can do more and more, and you do all that stuff what was said before ( marking comp in calendar, go shopping for dance clothes, make up, when music plays you think about dancing ........ )

and you still enjoy. :p
