I saw an older movie: What dreams may come. I found it very interesting. For some reason, I could connect to that concept. Did anyone here see it? What do you think?

This is probably one of the earliest films I've seen yet... quality was very good on this old b/w film which has obviously undergone some work to get it upto standard.
The film centres around an up and coming dance production. Ruby Keeler in her first outing is just great Ginger Rogers also stars but not in a big way...
Really enjoyed this, Busby Berkeley handles the dance routines beautifully. Some amazing camera work too and well, you'll just have to watch! Very inventive, never seen anything like it
Firsty, surprised Vanessa Howard didn't make many films after this. She is magnifico as an actress.
It's a crazy little film which centres on a fatherless family which Sonny and Girly go out 'befriending' people. Little do their new friends know that if they don't follow the 'game' they've had it! The 'family' are all kind of living in a fantasy land of Peter Pan syndrome - if that's one way of describing it. One of their new 'friends' eventually tries to turn Mumsy, Nanny, Sonny & Girly against one another which opens the door for a bit more crazyness.
I find it difficult to categorise sat here typing this. It's a mix of horror & comedy all rolled into a insane bundle of film reel
Still, very well told as a story and I never got bored. A good slice of British film making
Watched Inception last night in a packed theatre. So glad we got there 30 minutes before showtime and had great seats! My mind's still blown but I have to say that I loved this movie. As good as DiCaprio is in the film I think Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ellen Page, Tom Hardy and Cillian Murphy have some of the best scenes in the film. What a fantastic ensemble of actors in one film!
not a new movie but dh set up netflix online in the spare bedroom and I was in the mood for a romantic comedy b/c I am tired and recovering so we put in an old favorite of ours and it was sucha nice trip down memory lane...didn't get a fair rating IMO...burt reynolds and goldie hawn in Best Friends....not major brain food but it speaks to us and to our relationship...and why it lasts
