Weighted mobility exercises, dynamic stretching, they work better for gaining mobility and functional flexibility than static stretching, in my experience. Think Calisthenics, martial arts, mobility routines involving weights and continuous movement.

One last thing I will say about streaming: it's good advertisement for a comp. I know I have gained interest in at least two comps because I liked what I saw and experienced via streaming.

Most events I have streamed offered daily or session options. Like USDC below. Other comps had a price for the entire comp that was low and included everything. Empire cost 35 total. Occasionally, comps streamed for free.
